I have a small bust (wearing only a 32B). My measurements are 33-26-37, I'm 135-ish pounds and 5'7". I'm already uncomfortable with my body, wanting to lose weight, not gain, and he knows this. I want to please him but I don't want to be more uncomfortable. My mind is telling me he might leave me if I don't because I won't be physically attractive to him anymore. What should I do? I love him so much

If he leaves you because you wont gain weight then he is an idiot and you are best off without him.
Dont do anything you dont want to do - at your height you are a good weight and dont need to lose or gain anything. If you dont want to put on weight, then he cant force you. He should love you for the way you are now - he obviously liked you when he first met you and I presume you have never been any bigger than you are now, plus he has been with you for 2 years - so he obviously wants to be with you otherwise he would not have stuck around for 2 years.
Dont worry about this, I'm sure he is not shallow enough to break up with you just because you wont put on weight. Just politely tell him that you would not be comfortable being any bigger and you dont want to put your health at risk, so you are not going to gain any weight.
And if he does break up with you - well you are better off without him, because you will be able to find a nice guy who is not obsessed with appearances and will think you are beautiful just the way you are.
I hope this helps and good luck!
