 Well, he might just be going through a strange phase. Maybe he is immature and needs to speak to a Counsellor about the whole thing.
Nothing wrong with oral, but when people start talking about rough sex, it's a worry.

First, kudos for your dedication to pleasing a man that 99.99% of women would tell to blow himself or that he is lucky she does it at all!
If you are sincerely interested in making it more pleasing, I would recommend finding a toy/tool you could hold in your hand(s) to stimulate his, "rough side" with. Not only will it keep fillings safe, but it will make it easier for you to control and push the level of stimulation.
