writes:My boyfriend and I started having sex around a month ago, and whenever we do its amazing - however, he always seems to have a problem initiating it. Before we just did other stuff like oral sex, and he loves that, and has no problem initiating it. However, after we foreplay, he kinda calms down and just gives me sweet pecks, but never actually reaches for the condom so that we can have sex! I don't really understand why, and then after about 5 mins, I've cooled off and then he wonders why I'm not turned on anymore. Anytime we have had sex, its cos I've said 'condom' and then he goes to get one.What's going on with him?!

He could just be feeling he needs your permission, and just trying to be a gentleman about it. Does it really matter who initiates? Has he ever refused you?
