I have noticed that he holds eye contact with me for longer than one second and on one occasion, he touched my hand three times (although this may have been accidental). He has also told me i'm good looking and will watch me walk into the office.I am in my early twenties and he must be approaching fifty. He has a son, a bit older than me who asked me out on a date a few months ago (I turned him down of course)just before i noticed this change of behaviour in my boss. Do you think my boss is just being nice to me and taken a friendly interest in me because he's happy his son asked me out (I'm not even sure if my boss actually knows if his son asked me out or not). Or could he fancy me?

Dating someone at work is filled with issues. Will he be able to be fair to you if you screw up? What if the sex is bad? What if he is a freak and now you know. etc..etc...
