If they're your real friends they'll understand that this is the path you are choosing in life and will support you no matter what even attending your graduation from boot camp. What you'll realize as you get older that friends come and go, you'll make news ones, sometimes you'll keep the old ones, people change and move on with their lives. Who's to say you can't reconnect with them at your high school reunion? You'll make tons of new friends in bootcamp!
