ShiShisAdvice agony auntIt is so hard with low self-esteem, many, many people have it. Just some are better able to HIDE it. One way is to think, no one REALLY is looking at what you are doing. They are often more worried about themself.

Anon555 agony auntDo you have anyone you can talk to about how you feel? Family member, work colleague, friend etc. If you find it hard to open up to people write down how you feel and hand it to them. Talking and sharing can help you alot.

I suffer a lot from low self esteem but i've learnt how to give myself a boost. Write down 3 things you like about yourself and concentrate on them. Do things that make you happy - reading, watching a film, going out for a nice meal, having your hair done etc.

But most of all talk and share how you feel with other people. It's amazing how much of a difference it makes.

As someone who suffers from self esteem issues myself the first thing you need to remeber is other people knock us down enought in are life time with how doing it to are selfs easier said than done I know x also every day think off three positives about yourself ie I am happy to day or I have achived this or I have acheved that for example I manage to get up this morning and face and done something I wouldn't off normally done :) smile and rememeber you amamzing in your own way and never compare youself to anyone else because you will never feel good enought :):) just learn to like you slowing your selef esteem will imprive and don't worry about anyone else
