I could be in a completely un-aroused state of mind, and then if something that I think is sexy pops into my head, I experience this sort of jerk inside the pit of my stomach. It's hard to explain... it almost feels like an orgasmic hiccup. It is quite pleasurable, but borders on painful if it gets too strong. Occasionally a particularly powerful one will momentarily obstruct my breathing. What I don't understand is that it doesn't come from or go to my genital region, and I only experience this when THINKING about something sexual, not during stimulation. I've asked several close female friends if they've ever experienced this, and all I get is a blank stare like I'm some kind of freak!Does anybody know what the heck is actually happening inside when this occurs? Or better question yet... has anyone else at all ever experienced this? Ever?I get worried because it feels so good that I'll try to induce it on purpose, but if anyone else experienced it, wouldn't someone have mentioned it by now??Thank you for reading! :)

Yes, that's actually a good way to put it, the edge of an orgasm. Still it's only in my stomach area and it radiates over my entire body. Could be another kind of orgasm?

I sometimes experience what you're saying, especially if i had a great time with my bf the previous night. When the following day i recall randomly i get this rushing a bit painful feeling in the pit of my stomach. Its really exciting.

The only time I get what you're describing is when I'm actually close to orgasm, not just aroused. Everyone is different though and I'm sure it's normal.
