writes:pleasee helpp me out i'm in tearss.few months ago i told my friend this guy liked her while she had a bf and i was joking around.then yesterday i tell her that i was joking and that i like him.and she just treats me diffrently now.shes acting mean and gives me weird looks and at lunch me and my friend try to sit wit thhem but they always sit in the diffrent table and she has a boyfriend that loves her,he tells her he loves her everyday and she just says ok i just feel that she doesnt realize that wat she has is right there and if she doesnt want it then she should give it up..so anyways i was soo sure that guy in my class liked me that i told him i liked himm and his a big joker but anywayy i know stupiid me had to tell him i just couldnt keep my mouth closed so these few days in that class have been weird i'm always turned around talking to him and flirting and now i just sit forward and i feel like theres a brick wall betwween us..and btw i ask him if he liked me he said nope! and i asked him if he thought i was ugly and he said yea.i just cant handle this i know its only few more days then schools over but i cantt handle it i feel like i wanna miss te wholee few days because of him! so basacly my question is is why is my so called best friend acting like this and turning everyone against me is she that desperate for attention..my other question is how do i take about the weirdness and the brick between us..:/ pleaasse helpp

mimisoph3 is verified as being by the original poster of the question she seemed like she moved on though..and him well i completly changed my mind about him and i was going to tell him yesterday before the class ended but his friend yelled at me to stop looking at him and i knew the jerkk told his friend and the guy he just walked away so i never had a chance to tell him myself sso after school i oculdnt take it any more i texted him that i dont like him and he said you 3 me and i reply lol wtf noo i'm honestly telling u i dont like u and he said thats wat ur friend said (the girl that has that bf) and i told him well this is milica telling u i dont like u..and he never replyed back which i dont care.and so today i gave him the paper to pass back and he said thank u i didnt say anything i just did the test without sayign u welcome then later the teacher passed out another thing and he pretened like he did want it so i just passed it to someone else i know i'm acting like a b but idc i'm sick of his misreadings and i think that him being all nice all of a sudden is him trying to see if i'm gonna come back and flirt which i didnt.after school i also told his friend that i could never like a jerk like him and now his friend is hitting on me which is good cuz i'm making the guy jealous.i have another question thoughh please helpp..so in class his act like a jerk and stuff but after school when i texted him before he always flirted back and did winky faces then he siad u lovee mee and i just dont understand am i the one wit the issues or is it him

yeah i agree with the previous comment. it sounds to me like after telling your friend this, maybe she started to like this guy too, and after you told her it was a joke, you kind of hurt her. Jokes like that arent really funny when left that long for her to think about it, so I just would suggest that you say you are sorry about it.
Maybe the fact that she only says ok to her boyfriend, is because she actually likes this other guy more. Obviously you didnt know this, but by telling her that you liked him, she might resent the fact that you can do something about it and she cant because she has a boyfriend.
Maybe just apologise to her, and talk to her about the situation and see how she really feels about it. If the guy has said that he isnt interested in you anyways (sounds like a bit of a jerk to me), then you definitely shouldnt let him stand in the way of your friendship, which you shouldnt have done evn if he felt the same way.
Just talk to her about it. Good Luck!
