writes: Hey guys,i have a problem. my best friend and i have been friends for about a year... but this quickly grew to being best friends. Ive always had feelings for her, but she never had feelings for me... so i thought. we talked about it a couple times, but it was vague. The other day, she came to visit me... we had a fun time, just as friends of course... but i decided not to be a pussy anymore and do something about the way that i felt. so one night i told her i didnt get a good night kiss and she told me to come downstairs (she was sleeping at my house) so i did. getting down there, i did kiss her... but 2 seconds later she turned her head, and when i tried to make another move she said to stop. i talked to her about it the other day and we sorted it out, basically her saying she likes me but doesnt want to cause of distance and the friendship... she said she "thinks she has the need to be with someone... and ive always been there for her and never fucked her over like the other guys she talks to"... and if she kissed me shed like me more. Obviously i was still stressed out, so we talked about it again and it was cleared up. we talked about how i want to date her and like her but cant, and she talked about how she didnt want to give me mixed feelings and didnt want to hurt me. so i understood and still talked to her (we talk every day by the way...)but something stressed me out tonight, and this is why im writing this. She told me she had a dream, with two parts in it... one part, she didnt tell me yet, so i cant really weigh it out... but the other part... she said she was having sex with my brother in the dream. now, were 19 and hes 17... i asked her if she thought he was hot she said no... but honestly, im disturbed by this and dont know what to think... i really care for this girl but WHAT DO I DO WHEN SHE TELLS ME SHE WAS HAVING SEX WITH MY YOUNGER BROTHER IN A DREAM!?!?!? god.... like please help, and decipher both parts of this situation... i want to know whats going on

A dream is a dream. I don't want to say that it means nothing, but no one can really be sure of what it means. They are like clouds passing overhead - we can all see something different in them.
Having said that, it was pretty insensitive of her to tell you about this dream.
