She's just really close to her friend.
Try just asking her to spend some time just the 2 of you.
And tell her that you want to meet her parents for the first time alone and not just as an extra friend.
Make it clear that you are not asking her to spend any less time with her friend, and that you are happy to let her go off with her friend any time she wants as you probably have friends that you want to go and spend time with too.
But just ask for some alone time.
