writes: Hi, I've recently decided to pick the option of going on birth control. Both to be safe and because my period kills me most of the time (as i'm sure it does with every girl). However, I also want to be very sure of the type of birth control I go on. I wanted to avoid Bloating as one of the affects many woman seem to get from taking this, and also increased mood swings. Basically, I just wanted some opinions and Ideas as to which type I should look at and which type I should stay away from. I've yet to decide whether to take the monthly shot, everyday pill, etc...Thanks to everyone for their input it means a real lot and is much appreciated! xoxo-B.
