Hi Agony Aunts, Has anybody out there had any experience with psychotherapists dealing with bereavement and relationship problems? I have been advised to see one. Look forward to a feed back.

CRUSE could help you with bereavement issues, they're free whereas psychotherapists are not unless they're NHS. http://www.crusebereavementcare.org.uk/

Worth a look.

hi Anon,

I have an associated experience - i know someone with PTSD that was treated by one, and that worked. I also know someone in the states who is about to got through a PTSD program to help her with blackouts and other related things.

...if its not too much, why do you need to see one?
