Its sticks out when i lie down like a mountain and when i stand up it does too.side profile its horrible. I wont let anyone see it when ive had boyfriend weve always had sex with the lights off or under the covers. The thought of being naked in front of a man terifies me! Is this what happens when youve been big the weight goes on this part of the body? Cos my friends have put on weight but theirs doesnt stick out!

Are you talking about your venus mound/pubic bone?
It can be pronounced, part of your build and nothing to do with weight. .

Well first of all let me congratulate you on your massive weight loss.
Sometimes we focus on parts of our bodies and feel they are not right, normal etc and we beging to get obsessed with that part and most of the time it is just the same as everyone else. No one can say what normal looks like as we are all slightly different.
That said you feel there is something wrong and this is makeing you unhappy so you cannot get this out of your mind and you feel different and shy about it, it will be due the fat that you used to have, this fat around your vagina has just not shifted and when you were fat you didnt see it but now you are slimmer you can and it embarrases you and is stopping you enjoying a full sex life.
You can either learn to love your body and live with this, or go and see a doctor who may refer you to a cosmetic surgeon but that will cost money as im sure it would not be covered by the NHS.
I have bits of my body that I hate but ive learned that the only one that feels they are not right is me and when im in a loving relationship and feel relaxed it doesnt seem to matter (I hate my belly!!) my current partner doesnt care what i look like as he loves me and im sure he would not want me to have surgery but if it is making you so unhappy then surgery is an option maybe but one you should not take likely.
