Well I have been there and done that. The only thing that I can tell you is if it is meant to be then it will be, but if it's not then ask for the Lord to show you. It will be hard to maintain a relationship with that much distance, but if you were meant to be with her then it will work out. When you got with her did you know that you were moving off to go to school? Why didn't you think about this then? Talk to her and see how she feels. If things between the two of you change drastically then you need to re-evaluate your relationship. If you do what you have to do now then it won't hurt as much in the end.

If your relationship is strong it will survive this, you get to see her once a week, there are plenty of long distance relationships that only see each other once a month if not less, in a way its a good thing you moved away to college early in the relationship before you both got more use to spending loads of time together to them try and get use to the just once a week.
Good luck :o)
