Alot of girls start a couple years later, but don't feel you're the only one, if you're starting up at that young an age. It's not a good idea to start experimenting with other people, sexually, at that age, since you need to wait until your knowledge of safe sex catches up. Masturbating by yourself is perfectly normal and fine, though, as long as you keep it simple.
