I think he really likes me, he says he wants to see me more (I am just finishing my studies so am incredibly busy until the end of the month) and he says that he hopes I stay in the area and that we will be together a long time. I like his personality, and hes a caring kind guy who treats me really well, but i just dont feel a spark. Can this grow, or is it a case of it will never be there? On our first date I felt there was chemistry, but not since. I keep dating him because I hope I will begin to fall for him as hes such a nice bloke, but am i just kidding myself? Would it be better to end it now, so that he doesnt fall for me as I am unsure of how i feel? I so dont want to hurt him, but i worry that in 6 months time i still wont feel a real passion for him.

I think that you should nip it in the bud now before he gets hurt. I think you like him but just as a friend. You obviously have more on your mind at the moment then having a relationship. Just tell him that you are not ready for commitment at the moment but you would like to be his friend if he is willing. Good luck
