Alright well i don't think this a regularly asked question but I need help. I have a huge ubsession with fighting, i always have. Well its starting to get me in trouble with the cops. A dude from my fiance's school has been giving her some trouble so i went to his, drug him out the front door, you can imagine where it went from there. His parents pressed charges but they were dropped. I need advice on how to control my anger. Ive never been phisically or verbly abusive towards a girl. I just love fighting but i know its got to stop somewhere. She looked at me the other night when i was driving her home and she told me that i scared her, it broke my heart to know this. I dont want her to be afraid of me. If anyone has advice please help.

Well i do fight mma, i fight at a gym about 30 miles from my house. I go on tuesdays thursdays and saturdays. I just love the feeling of being hit in the face with bare knuckles and having the taste of blood in my mouth. I just love free fighting. I broke my left hand and broke both of his cheek bones. I dont even remember alot of it till we were in court, his parents had cameras installed.

Depending on where you live in the states, you can take up mixed martial arts or boxing. Doing so would give you the opportunity to vent - I'm somewhat similar to you. I don't necessairly go looking for fights, but I do love scrapping and the idea of scrapping. I get frustrated with the daily grind of life and feel the urge to release vent up latent anger and nothing works better than a professional gym designed for fighting - you get to release in a controlled setting, get a workout in the process, meet new people, and at the same time you ensure you don't get in trouble with the law. Most importantly, you feel great afterwards and don't have an urge to fight the next guy on the street that looks at you funny.

Check your local listings for gyms.

Cheers!
