So if a guy cums on a girls face, and he enjoys it immensely, does that mean every girl enjoys cum on her face? No... Some girls do it because they know their guys like it. just like this guy is doing something for his girl that he doesn't enjoy that much.
Btw a guy can also stay hard by the thoughts of PLEASING his partner, doesn't mean mentally he is enjoying the actual physical thought of it.

 Sex, just like relationships in general, involves a lot of compromise. Maybe he doesn't really like anal as much as vaginal sex, but he knows you like it so he's happy to do this for you. Don't you do anything for him that he enjoys more than you do? He's not so grossed out by anal that he can't continue, it's just not his favorite style. Understanding that, be grateful that he's doing what you like, and find some little way to do things that he likes later.
