Honestly let him go. Why do you want someone who only wants you for sex its possible his feelings for you aren't as srong as they use to be but he is to scared to let go completely because you have been together so long he doesn't know how to be without you. The only way your going to get him to realise what he has lost is to stop picking up the phone when he rings and stop giving him sex. One day he will see what has happened and what he has lost but I say you shouldn't take him back not if he can treat you this way.
