It depends on you! Other people start losing it earlier than other. Generally, it thins down and then you start to see cheek bones and other sticky-out-ish bits on the face. But having abit of puppy fat around your face might be better than having none becuase it doesnt suit some people who have thin face's. There isn't really an age that you'll lose it, you'll not sort of wake up one morning and your face skinny and boney. (haha) It will properbly get thinner as time goes by.

I wouldn't worry about it. You're still young and your body has a lot of growing to do. It could be any age. Just relax and be yourself.
