I have noticed my jaw line has changed my eyes have gone littler and my skin has lost elasticity around them. My cheek bones look different. Isn't a bit soon to change this rapidly? I didn't think it happened until at least 28-29. Has this happened to anyone else? Perhaps I have weak bone structure or something. Reply to this Question Share |

I had wrinkles by age 18, as did many of my classmates. Maybe you are just becoming more self-conscious now that you are in your late 20's and suddenly noticing "new things" which had actually been there for a while.
You could get plastic surgery if you are really concerned, but pls take into consideration that you might just be noticing more harshly for whatever reason.
When I was 15, I looked 20-something. I am now 20-something and look 20-something (sometimes people guess younger now). Even if you did age overnight, it doesn't mean your aging process will speed up and you will look 40 at 30 or whatever either.
But of course, there are many things you can do to help. :)

Things that can cause premature ageing are:
Spending too much time in strong sun - have you spent holidays in sunny places?
Not eating healthily. Do you have more vegetables on your plate? Do you eat too many fatty foods? Do you eat too many take-a-ways
Have you been subjected to extreme stress and life events that have caused you pain? Have you had major health issues that have caused you stress?
Are you calm within yourself? Non-judgemental? Positive and look for the best in others? I think this shows on our faces
I recall a Nun I knew and even aged in her 80s she had a calm countenance and radiated calm and peace. Her skin was beautiful. She radiated acceptance and love. I was in awe of her. I felt her approach was inspiring and supportive and her pure love for others showed on her face.
