You are not giving enough info to give you truly insightful, deep meaningful responses to your particular situation. I think if you have a 3some with two good buddies of yours that it will help you get over it. Might sound crazy but yeah it'll work.

Either talk to a psychiatrist about it and try and resolve the problem, or talk to your docter about a sleep aid.

You need to work through the fear and trauma that those men caused you, and one way to do that is to discuss the matter with a trained person who can listen and help clarify your feelings now. Once you understand why you're feeling frightened now (I'm guessing that you may have repressed it at the time and something that's bothering you now might have triggered the fear response), your mind won't keep replaying the events and giving you those nightmares.
You don't say how long ago this happened and what age you are now, but if you're still in school, you can make an appointment with a counsellor, who, if you request, can help you find a professional to discuss the matter with. Some local Councils/Shires/Counties also have free or low-cost mental health services, which are essentially the same type of service, and intended for people exactly like you.
Please don't hesitate to make a couple of phone calls (look in the Government section of your phone book) and find out what options are out there for you. Lots of people in need avail themselves of these services, and there's no stigma attached. Just think of the relief when you can sleep soundly again!
Good luck.
