We started talking a lot in outside his classes or the library and after one amazing conversation, we exchanged number. I initiated that. The first week or so I did most of the texting and arranging meetings.Last two weeks or so, I started to not text first and now he's always texting me, finding out when I have free classes and planning to meet up.When we meet, we talk in cafes or walk around for hours and talk about everything under the sun. We laugh continuously, exchange family stories and he seems absolutely wonderful. Also, what appeals to him maybe is that I lived in his country for a bit when I was younger and can understand his language a bit. I know he has no girlfriend here and we have amazing conversation with extended eye contact and he'll always message me. I don't initiate anything now.My questions?1) Are we sort of informally going out? We spend all our free time together.2) Will he ever formally ask me out?3)Whats going on?

Why don't you be brave and ask him? That's the only way to be sure. We could say yes, but he might say no. Only he knows the truth, so talk to him about it :). And good luck.
