Ask your parents. if you do go out together someone will have to take you because neither of you can drive. i would focus on my education and not being in love at that age. there is plenty of time for love when you graduate highschool.

I don't see any reason why you guys can't go out. It's not illegal and if your parents don't care then it's fine. I'm 13 and my boyfriend's 15 so were in the same position as you and we've been dating for 6 months. So yes, it's fine:)

But if your parents are uncomfortable with it - and sometimes they are right about this kind of stuff - then you should respect that. Trust me, there's plenty time for you to date girls. Ask your parents. There is no law against you going out together but if you do any more than kissing and holding hands then it may be a problem.
Talk to your parents and if they think it's ok then go for it.
