I don't wear it that often like once every couple of months bit I have heard (especially from the ladies at m and s) that it's bad for developing breasts. I get contradicting advice cus my sister wears on but although she is younger she is a c cup. I also heard something about how it's ok so many years after you have started developing. Are underwire bras bad for me or will I be fine at my age and size etc ?

You should avoid wearing underwire bras on a daily basis. Why do you need one anyway? There have been studied that suggest that bras exert enough pressure to the breast and surrounding areas to inhibit the flow of lymph, which then causes toxins and other waste material to remain in the breasts instead of being flushed out.
A proper, well fitted regular one should do just fine for you. Remember to take it off before you sleep, though.

I used to wear them in bed when i was 12/13 maybe even 14 because i hated not wearing a bra around people. I still wear them everyday, im a 32D and have been since i were about 15, im now 19. I was also told by a lady in M&S to not wear them all the time and i didnt listen, so now im thinking it wasnt a good idea /:
Good luck

You're right, they can stunt proper growth of breasts.
I would put off wearing unerwire as long as possible, and with your size, its not really necessary anyway. Underwire helps support larger breasts (D+) but there is no need for you to wear it.
Wearing an underwired bra on specaial occassions is ok, maybe once a week, and even then make sure its properly fitted.
If you're concerned about the shape of your breasts then you can get moulded bra's without the underwire. I've found that the bras in la senza are awful, look in debenhams and m&s instead.
Also remember to get yourself measured every 3/4 months as its normal to experience rapid changes at your age.

There are some studies saying that they may effect development. But I was always told it was ok as long as you didn't wear it 24/7. Just don't wear any in bed, and you should be fine!
