Texting other girls, won't come near you sexually and is looking at condoms. There is the possibility that he's cheating. But everything is circumstantial. I would say that there could be something going on, and that it's worth perusing. But do it quietly, as if you suddenly confront him you'll never get your answer. Check around, do a bit of digging. There could be something going on, but there's not enough information to be sure.
