I had started my period when I was 9 (very early bloomer) and was on the pill until I turned 13. I came off the pill but went back on when I turned 15 becuase I had started a serious relationship.Im 17 now and have just come off the pill almost a week ago, becuase me and my bf broke up and I didnt see the point in carrying on with it.Ever since stopping the pill Ive had aching headaches, very tired, Ive lost a pound in a matter of days and ive lost my appetite. Are these side effects?I am deffinetly not pregnant becuase Ive had periods since breaking up with my boyfriend over 5 months ago and I havent had any sexual contact with anyone since my ex, but my period that was sposed to have come this month hasnt come yet.I need some reassurance, becuase all I can think about is that I could be pregnant even know its impossible so im just worrying myself. Also Ive read up on some girls who came off the pill have tumors in there heads, symptoms being the achy headaches. What other side effects could I possibly get?Thank you xxx

The first was 4 years ago and i feel great that time no side effects at all.And only took 7 months to concieve. Then after having my 2nd child i started taking it again ...... now with a 7 and 3 yr kids, me and my bf are going to try for a 3rd..... i came off my pill 2 weeks ago and since then i've been feeling sick, headaches and stomach pain so bad it feels like i'm about to go in to labour. The doctor has told me this could last up to six months, but should pass after my first couple of periods and hormones settle down again.

After stopping I assumed that the spots would go away but in actual fact they've got worse! Just lately I've been feeling really sick. I haven't had my period yet either, but I don't think I'm pregnant. The only good thing I've noticed is that my sex drive has suddenly come back and I've lost about 3 or 4 pounds. Does anyone know if these are actual side effects from coming off the pill and how long they'll last? The sickness is really annoying now!
Thanks

Yes, they do seem to be side effects of discontinuing the use of Mycrogynon 30.

Yep it sounds like it could be the pill. All the things you've described are hormone related. Did you come off the pill at the end of the packet? Or just stop taking it one day?
If you came off it in the middle of the packet then that could mess you up for a month as your body will have been knocked off it's cycle of hormones completely.
Talk to a pharmacist about it as they are the drug experts.
Good Luck!! xx
