vitamin e. bananas. L-Arginine from a health food store it helps to increase the blood flow. Take zinc, saw-palmetto, pumpkin seed, ginkgo. or try the blue pills you get in ann summers.. hope some of those help.. plus wow dont worry about just 8inches thats a gd size already :) good luck aphex xx
