A male United Kingdom age 30-35, anonymous writes:

I have a crush on someone, she is so beautiful and every time I see her I get butterflies in my stomach. I don't know if I love her or not because I don't know what love feels like. I added her as a friend on facebook and she added me back but she has a boyfriend. i messaged her saying hi there how are you? 2 days ago and she hasn't replied i know she has been on since because she has updated her page twice. should i send her another message in case if she didn't get it or should i just leave it. I want her to know how i feel about her but i want to be friends and get to know her first but she is 11 years older than me so i know for sure that i don't have a future, are there any tips on trying to get over someone quickly?

Okay, from what i see you are 16-17? A woman 11 years older than you is probably not going to be very interested in a guy that much of an age difference. She's out of high school, possibly out of college? She's living as an adult and probably just sees you as a young boy. She's got a boyfriend, and is probably happy with how her life is now. Her not answering your message is a hint that she's probably not interested. I could be wrong, but it's not very likely. You need to look around for other girls, there's many out there & it will take awhile to find that perfect one for you. You have to tell yourself that there's someone out there for you, because there really is. It just takes time to find them. Also, looking for someone more around your age would be more likely effective.
