writes:So, i am a 32A and have been since i was 10. My breasts havent grown any in the past 5 years is that normal? I keep waiting for some miracle growth spurt but nothing is happening! I know i am still growing (im 15) but idt anything else is gonna change. Is there a way to get bigger breasts? Like foods that help em grow? im desperate here!

Well im 21 and i wear 32 A and i have two kids .. some girls just are gonna have small boobs and it sucks!!!

 You are only 15, you are still developing, don't worry too much at the moment. You could try having a glass of milk a day, that helps with all the muscles and bones in your body and can't do your development any harm at all. hope this helps.
