I mean, I can have a conversation with someone just fine (it's just a little harder than usual), but I always feel like I cannot hear the TV or hear music that I might be listening to. Is the tissue in my ear filling with blood during sex, closing off the ear canal? Are the chemicals released during sex causing me to have a high tolerance for noise? Any idea why this is? It always happens! Reply to this Question Share |

Hi! The same thing happens to me! When ever I orgrasm, then I feel like I have cotton inside my ears, which makes it a little dificult to hear. This is happening for years now, but I don't think it's making any damage at all. Maybe it's just because during sex, I inhale less oxygen to my brain, which makes the blood circulation flow slowly and at the same time the heart pumps quickly. Don't worry. It's been happening to me for more than 10 years now, and I´m okay.
