 I would go see your doctor or ask someone u feel comfortable asking about. When a doctor says u should see them about an abnormality its something that is abnormal to u. If those lumps have been there all along and for some reason they change on u one day then start worrying. Everyone developes differently and you should feel free to do some research on various sites.
