 it depends on what you mean, do you mean coming in the cindom then using it or using it, coming and carrying on during sex?
well if its the first half then dont re use a condom thats just stupid and dangerous as your at higher risk
if its the latter then its ok as long as sperm does not come into contact with the vagina and it had been used properly and worn properly things hould be fine x
try other methods such as the pill or implanon which is a contraceptive rod (which i reccomend)

 It works as long as the condom doesnt tear or rip while your inside with cum inside of it.And if you dont clean up well before round 2 you can get her pregnant. Even if you use a condom because yo can get it on it. Maybe you should consider birth control makes it a lot less likely for someone to get pregnant if you use a condom and birth control.  assuming the condom is intact then you're fine.if it splits while inside you then yes its possible.if the guy ejactulates in the rubber, pulls it off , doesn't clean up properly and then you have unprotected sex then yes that is possible.get on the pill, ask your local doctor about options for birth control
