reader, anonymous, writes (14 June 2009): She could well be pregnant, the only effective way to not get pregnant is to use a condom before your penis comes anywhere near her genitals, and to not take it off until you pull out for the last time!
So ya, she could well be pregnant. But theres one easy way to find out! Get her a pregnancy test and be calm and rational about the results whatever they are. She may be secretly hoping to be pregnant, so be ready for dissapointment if shes not!

 You seem responsible and careful so she is probably ok. Do not get drawn into her anxiety, No good trying to constantly reassure her, You need to keep calm and let her see your confidence and certainity that all is ok. You can't do anything more but wait the week out and even then she may have a late period or light one because of her anxiety. If so take her to the doctor to finally put her mind at rest.

reader, anonymous, writes (14 June 2009): That's about as safe as the pulling out before you cum technique. In other words, not very! You need to wear a condom for ALL of intercourse. Putting one on midway through kind of helps, but you can still get her pregnant! That is SUPER risky. She's right to be concerned. She might be pregnant. It's unlikely, but still entirely possible. Not really a long shot kind of thing. If she's not on the pill, you need to be wearing a condom. Period. What on earth do you gain only wearing it for the second part of sex anyways? Your pre-cum can have some sperm in it, and that can get her pregnant. Next time you want to have sex, remember. Condoms, condoms, CONDOMS!
