I'm obviously wrong. But I thought if a doctor prescribes you something, it's paid for by the NHS? Anyway, you should do what your doctor says. He knows what's best for you and, like the guy below said, you just can't trust these online websites claiming to sell expensive things at cheep prices :)

reader, anonymous, writes (5 September 2010): Be careful, many of these sites are equally as expensive as they are praying on some men's inhibition on asking their Dr. for a prescription. These sites are virtually unregulated, and often illegal, add to that the recommendations you get from the web could be people lying to you to get your business.
Mexico sells Viagra without a prescription and I'm told it is very cheap, if you can find the right seller (some cater to tourists).
