My main problem is that I am afraid to wear a skirt or shorts or anything that shows my legs because I have started to get these bumps between my butt and knees on the back of my leg. Everytime I go out I worry about whether those bumps are visible or not.Does anyone know of anyway to get rid of these bumps that show up on the back of my thigh? I worry about what guys will think of me if they see these bumps and I am sure that it will disgust them. Please advise me in any way possible. Thanks all. Reply to this Question Share |

Hi babe, perhaps you should see a doctor..then again it could be just the dreaded cellulite. Are they orange peel effect? Always affects the back of the thighs. If so then your weight is a contributing factor. The only way to get rid of these is to get yourself down the gym (on the treadmill, walk fast for 10 mins, run for 5 mins, then increase as appropriate). Eat nice and healthily - all the usual (that doesn't mean starvation, but simply laying off the coffee and full fat soda drinks, absolutely no butter/margarine, the usual things). However, one secret is to get thin (10 denier or lower) skin colour tights (or light tan/sunkissed, depending on your skin colour of course) and wear these under shorts. No-one can notice really and if they do just say your legs feel the cold more than normal. They really do hide a multitude of sins and are not as obvious as people think. You say you have gained some weight and feel self-conscious, therefore you should address this because we all need to feel confident with how we look, best of luck x
