Don't scratch and provide lots of ventilation? Those are the only two I know of, in addition to seeing your doctor and getting some creams to help.

Searching the web will provide a lot of info. Basically you can reduce the chance of outbreaks by getting very healthy. One cause, they may well be others, is an immune system weakness so eating well to strengthen this is good. Find out the good and bad foods, bread (gluten) is one bad one . Sunlight will help the skin recover from an outbreak, as will baths with coal tar. You should see a skin doctor though. Good luck.

This cured my BF Psoriasis. You can google the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar for tons of things, even ass a skin toner, for acne, for infections, sore throat...
I drink two teaspoons a day, and it helps you lose weight!
Anyway for psoriasi please try it, read the reviews on the vinegar online! it really really helps!

Hi there,
a friend who has it mainly on the legs finds exposing it so sunlight when she can (at home gardening, sits out read a book etc) helps keep hers under control, plus lots of moisturiser.
My brother has had it for years, sometimes it really flares up, or he neglects it, but he did have a lot of success with visiting a herbal health farm, they devised a diet for him, I cant remember all the recommendations but it did include cutting out tomatoes and the only cheese he was permitted was harvarti. So consider having your own consult at such a place.
There may also be support groups in your area, or even online, good luck, I hope you manage to keep it under control.
