Im 13 - 14 weeks pregnant and I have an ultrasound on the 14th of august to see how they baby is!!! But it also happens that the doctor will tell us the gender of the baby. While I am happy with a boy or girl Im soooo anxious to find out what it is!!! Is there anything I can do maybe an old wives tale "test" to figure out gender ( I know they are usually way off lol) or something to ease my excitedness until then? I think its a boy, but Id just like a well something to maybe determine the sex just to ease myself until the actual ultrasound.(Obviously I wont know the actual gender for sure until the ultrasound, but u never really know for certain until the babys been born will I? lol) Anywho can anyone makea suggestion? Or guess?

Congratulations! I'd be so excited too if it were me. Here are a few wives tales to keep you occupied before your ultrasound...Are you carrying High or Low?!This one states that if you are carrying low you're having a boy and if you're carrying high then it's a girl. Cravings?!If you are craving sweet things then apparently you should be having a girl, whereas sour cravings indicate a boy. Interestingly, if you ask a scientist what this means they'll tell you that cravings don't actually exist!!!Weight Gain?!If your partner puts on weight then you are carrying a girl, if not then its a boy!Bath Check?!Next time you get out of the bath look at your breasts in the mirror. If your right one is larger it indicates that you're having a girl. If the left is larger its a boy. (if they are equal then your guess is as good as mine). Finally did you know that 71% of women that have no knowledge about their baby's sex guess correctly - so maybe it will be a boy!Hope all goes well with your scan:)
