reader, anonymous, writes (27 February 2012): Simple: Ask him out. You could say something along the lines of: "we should meet up soon/next ....day for a coffee or (insert whatever you'd like to do movie/walk in the parc/anything fun)". Girls can ask guys out too. Good luck!
