i got the same problem with both my pregnancy's
before you step foot out of bed in the morning eat soda crackers and/or soup crackers
eat them through out the day as a snack food
you need to learn which foods you can eat and which foods you can't some babies are different with my first one i could only eat really greasy food or apple sauce and fruit with my second one i could only really eat soup and crackers
try to rest it off and if you feel really sick don't push yourself and just rest

GINGER; is the best cure for morningsickness and nausea;
Get some gingerbiscuits, they are great;
raw ginger with a little honey or sugar will also help; it is just not as tasty;
Try this and you will be SMILING
Best wishes with the pregnancy!

These are probably in your book but here are my tips
Eat small meals often
Dont allow youself to get hungry as it makes it worse
Dont get out of bed until you have eaten, get someone to bring you some toast and fresh juice or keep ginger biscuits by the bed
If you can lie down when you feel sick
Dont go out for meals - its a waste of money!!!
It should start to calm down soon, around 3 months normally, although some people do have it all the way through. If it hasnt eased in a few weeks talk to your midwife or doctor especially if you are not keeping anything down, they may be able to prescribe something. There are lots of sites on the internet too about herbal remedies and acupuncture so check these out as well but check with you midwife before using anything you are not sure about x
