 I dont answer if i dont recognise the number of the number is witheld because ive had prank calls and dirty calls before, but i tend to text numbers who i dont know to find out who they are, your not paranoid your being careful.

 If I get a call for 2 or 3 times with the same number, I will find out who is the caller.It could be friends who have changed their numbers or maybe were using friend's phone to call you. This is better than wondering about the mystery caller for the whole day.

 ok not answering the phone on numbers you don't know.. i see no problem with.. buy new windows.. buy insurence.. buy a subscription.. etc etc
howver if you're having real bouts of paranoia then thats a little more serious.
have you ever smoked weed before or taken drugs?
