A male United Kingdom age 30-35, *oob writes:

hi, my girlfriend really wants to be a model, and i think she could do it, and oeveryone in my school tinks she does to, some people thought she already was.

So we were goign to go to london and go to some agencies, but she keeps doubting herself, she seems to think shes not the right size even though shes the skinnest person i know lol.

I've tried everything i can to get her to go , and normaly i can cheer her up about these sorts of things but this time there was just no convincing her.

Any suggestions would help alot. I'm really stumped.

cd206 agony auntModelling is not a career for someone with any self confidence issues. If she is in any doubt about how good she is then she's not ready for this career yet. Concentrate on making sure she knows how beautiful she is and that she eats sensibly and doesn't get involved in an eating disorder.
