writes: Okay so I'm going to get to the point. Me and my boyfriend like to be a tad rough when we kiss, so it's to be expected for me to have clown lips within a few minutes of making out. Does anyone know anything to make the swelling go down? I would love to look normal the next day.

Tissue trauma is tissue trauma. The skin heals in its own time, there's no magic shortcut. Ice may reduce swelling but if you tear or bruise the skin, it has to go through a repair process. Broken capillaries leak blood onto the surrounding tissue. It's basic physiology. Tissue repair occurs on a cellular level and that takes time.
If someone had invented the medicine that speeded up cellular repair, we'd be using it and they'd be billionaires.

Ice cubes on your lips or press something cold against your lips (you don't want to give yourself frost damages either).
Or don't play it rough unless you can stay at home the following day...?

Just use some ice afterwards to see if that helps. If not then am not sure there is any miracle cure. Maybe you just need to stop being as rough.
