reader, anonymous, writes (22 May 2008): It is important to have lots of foreplay for your girlfriends vagina to be ready for penetration. Lube doesn't really do it. It helps on entry but more lubrication is needed higher up the pipe so to speak. Play with her more. Finger her with lube. Get her really going before poking her. It has always worked for us.

Seriously if it that sore maybe you should slow down and try making love not tear her up. My girlfriend say's she's sore and I believe her so I go slow and let her rest up. Give her time to get healed. Here's another great tip. Try using oral sex for at least 15 minutes minimum so that she gets plenty of blood flow and secretion before penetration. Usually I perform before her so that she has plenty of time to adjust. Lubricant is not my thing but hurting her isn't either. So I find that if she has two orgasms before I penetrate her then usually I'm pretty safe. If you jump in their without her being ready then you can rest assured your new friend will be your HAND.
