 Sometimes its when we're not quite ready, and sometimes its when we're not relaxed enough - but either way, its quite painful. Also if you start expecting it to happen, it happens. Take your time, don't let him enter till you are really ready. Sometimes as well its the condoms. Some of them have better lube than others. There's some good silicone jels around now that may help.
