writes: i was wondering what i need to stay in argentina for a year or maybe more. i will be living with my boyfriend from argentina and i am 18. i may get a job but i think that i wont get one because it would be hard as i dont know spanish, but i will start learning soon. also my boyfriend doesnt want me to work. he is 27. i am thinking that i would need a temporary residential visa but im not sure. what do i need and what are the requirements for a visa?another issue i have is about money as will i need to meet any particular conditions about income? currently i am studying my A Levels at school and live with my mum. my boyfriend says that i dont need to worry about money as he can sort it out and provide for me. but i was wondering what a good amount of money would be to have to stay in argentina for a year my main concern is the requirements to stay in argentina. so any help would be greatly appreciated as im very confused about the whole visa problem.

The best thing to do is go to the Argentinian embassy in London. Ask to speak to someone and they will go through everything you need to know. :) Good luck. The address is 65 Brook Street London W1K 4AH
