I'm trying to lose weight, and I eat less, and exercise.

I got a rowing machine, and I go on it everyday. But I don't know, how effective is that. Did any of you have experience with rowing machine? I don't lose weight at all. I wonder, if anybody here has some good weightloss tips. Thanks

ArmyMedic agony auntVaried cardio-vascular exercise is very good, you need at least 30-40 minutes a day sweating and slightly out of breath. If you are not sweaty and out of breath then you are not working hard enough.

Also speak to your doctor about diet and exercise tips.
