reader, anonymous, writes (12 January 2009): This is verified as being by the original poster of the questionAbout 1½ year ago I lost about 13 lbs in five days, I didn't do anything to loose the weight it just happened. I was already quite skinny before, and since I've lost more weight even though I try to stay on a 'normal' healthy weight for my height, but struggle with it.
