reader, anonymous, writes (11 January 2008): You don't really have any more "rights" to her time than this other boy, and furthermore, even if you were going out, you'd need to be stable enough to let her be in the company of other men on a regular basis. If she is indeed talking to you more, consider yourself lucky as it is and practice cooling yourself off when she talks to other people. If you start going out with her, it won't last long if you get THAT worked up when she talks to another boy.
