Been in that situation ma self, i have been doing a 3 A-level cours, i do martial arts, work , bad family problems, and it really got me down and out fwelt like giving upm, and ya feel like nobody understands you, and its awful!
Hereis some rather wierd advice for you, it may sound daft but it works, lay on your bed with your eyes shut and imagine your self in a buble and imagine that no matter how much anything tries nothing can get threw it, and imagine and think of everything and anything nice and good that you would sahre your buble with (for example captain jack sparrow lol) and do it for like 10 mintuees breathing in through your nose and out through ya mouth, and iot relaxes you and cheers you up, and it really works!
